Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re not sure where it will lead or where to start. Often people come to therapy feeling nervous about opening up, uncertain if therapy will help, or simply feeling lost. If this sounds familiar, you are certainly not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
My approach to therapy is both collaborative and compassionate. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches to help you understand and recognize patterns that keep us stuck, while also identifying practical, values-driven steps we can take to move forward. My goal is to support you in discovering what it means to live a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University and have experience working with children, families, and adults across multiple levels of care. My clinical work has focused on mood disorders, eating disorders, and helping individuals navigate periods of deep transition, uncertainty, and growth.
Above all, I believe in creating a space that feels safe, warm, and respectful, where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported in the process of becoming who you want to be.
